Sturdy Bowl but Received Damaged Product
The stainless steel bowls have good build quality and look sturdy. The finish is nice, and the size is suitable for pets. However, I was disappointed with the condition in which the product was delivered. One bowl arrived with the anti-skid rubber ring broken, and the other bowl had a damaged rubber base. I needed the bowls immediately, so I decided not to request a replacement. The bowls themselves are good, but the seller should properly inspect the product before shipping to ensure customers receive undamaged items. Better quality checks and packaging would improve the overall experience.
