I hate that they cost sooo much but it absolutely helped my hair shedding. I didn’t know what was wrong with my hair but after every wash clumps and clumps of hair came out. I took this for about a month ( not every single day but every weekday) and the over shedding stopped . Also took Vital Proteins Collagen powder. I had a friend that had stomach aches from certain supplements because she was mixing them wrong. If this is you , I recommend you make sure it’s okay to take certain ones together

100% these work. Trust me. The price point threw me off and I stayed away from trying these supplements for a very long time until finally I got desperate. After having a child, my hair was never the same again. The constant shedding the irritated scalp. It was depressing. So I gave in and I can honestly tell you after using the supplements for a year, the shedding is minimal, but my hair is back to being full and there’s constant new growth coming in and I no longer have an itchy irritated scalp.Also, it makes your nails grow so who doesn’t want that.You’re going to see people leave reviews saying that it did nothing for them, but I have to say that it seems like those are people who expected to see results right away.You have to take these consistently. Like I said, I’ve been on it for a year, maybe more and the results are actually real.You can’t expect a miracle overnight! If you happen to see a difference in your situation after two months, consider yourself a rare gem. But supplements take time to get in your system and actually work. So keep that in mind.Also, something to note, while the dosage says to take 4/day, I have actually been taking 2/day because I take other supplements and I didn’t want to overwhelm my system with more of a particular vitamin than necessary.Basically I didn’t want too much overlapping of vitamins and nutrients from all the supplements I take. And let me tell you, just taking 2 of these pills instead of the recommended 4 has not affected the results in any way!The supplement works. Period. My OBGYN’s office was promoting this so I gave it a shot, I have new hair growth where I was previously thinning six months postpartum, and I’m not even done with my first month’s bottle. Works wonderfully!

Welp, rarely do reviews but I had to for this one. I’m five months postpartum and have been taking nutrafol postpartum at exactly one month pp. Not only has my hair loss been the same if not worse since taking (compared to my other post partum experiences) but I have literally gained weight since taking. I know what you’re thinking… some women gain weight whilst breastfeeding, or take longer to lose “baby weight”. Nope! This is my third baby and I know my body. With the exercises and dieting I do it makes no sense. Till I decided actually look into more reviews on this product. This company ultimately banks on what happens naturally for women when hair starts to grow back. So, if you feel like spending 88 bucks each month, getting fatter and not see results for your hair. Be my guest. Otherwise, stay away from this. What a waste of time, money, hair and stress. Your hair will eventually start growing back from postpartum hair loss, just takes a little time. (In case first time mommas are reading this review)

It works. About one month in and can see hair growth, hair seems thicker, & is growing faster. I am 5 months pp & had really bad shedding & hair loss around the crown. Just got my second bottle. My skin also seemed smoother about three weeks in. Taking away one star due to the price. Not sure how feasible this will be long term but it’s the cost for not going bald.

Postpartum I was losing my hair badly. I started nutrafol and after 90 days of taking it, my hair stopped failing out so much and began to come back and thicken up. It did take about 90 ish days to take effect, but if you are consistent, it is VERY effective. I would HIGHLY recommend! Again, you must be consistent and trust the process, but it will work!
