Delicious coconut patties. Very moist and yummy

This product was shipped by the original manufacturer and was definitely NOT first quality (in other words not sellable). It arrived within 2 days of its expiration date, and the contents were damaged, as the photo depicts. They had been melted at some point and then re-hardened. Amazon offered great customer service, but I would not buy it again, if shipped from the manufacturer in Florida: Anastasia Confections. It is too bad because with first quality manufacturing this otherwise is a great tasting product.

I first found these coconut patties at Big Lots a year or so ago, but haven't been able to get them for a while now. I'm absolutely addicted to them as they are the most delicious thing I've tasted in a long time. Very glad to have found them on Amazon, but wish I could just run to the store whenever I run out. Living in Houston, my fear was that they would be melted when delivered since the current temperatures are running in the mid to high 90's now in August, but they arrived intact. I would have eaten them anyway, even if melted into a nondescript blob!

The first time my grandma and I ate these patties were delicious. We bought our first bag at BJ'S over the summer. We tried to look for it at the end of summer, but it was just a seasonal product. My sister said that you can only get them at the airport in Florida. Good thing I took a picture of the product when I was in BJ'S. I then checked Amazon, that's when I saw there was different flavors of coconut patties. So I ordered some more for my grandma's birthday. When it arrived in the mail she was so happy. I also sent one to my sister for because she loves them.

I get these at any tourist/rest stop in Florida for a lot less.

I love these when they are fresh, but I have ordered multiple times and it’s hit or miss as to the freshness. The most recent order contained hard coconut patties that were not good. This is also an item that cannot be returned or replaced, so if they’re stale, you’ve wasted your money. I wouldn’t mind the price if they were fresh, but more often than not, they are not.

Very disappointed, hard as a rock and that is sad, I love these and never had a problem before , but terrible this time around I suppose my pot luck ran out this time. I won’t purchase anymore I do t want to through my money I. Garbage..
