This is my favorite soup ingredient! I have a searched multiple stores for decent seaweed and come up empty, or had to settle for a very tiny bag at twice the cost of this of a seaweed that was too chewy really to enjoy.Dulse flakes are my favorite seaweed outside of nori sheets wrapped around futumnaki sushi rolls because they are tender and they hydrate so quickly and soup and really give a nice flavor.I've read about the health benefits of seaweed, including a natural source of iodine, so this is great to have on hand for when I can't find iodized sea salt.

Heavy metal detox shake!!
It is great, it does have small pieces of things like wood or something but I place my tbsp in a white paper towel to look for it and most of the time is clean, is easy to remove unwanted bits because the flakes are flat and the bits are not.

I put this on my cod halfway through broiling..it was so delicious it enhanced the fish so well I actually forgot to squeeze my lemon..and I’m all about lots of lemon with my fish..this dulse is AWEDINE 😎

Strong seaweed fish taste
I've been using this for smoothies to pull out heavy metals and pathogens. It does taste like fish food so be aware of that. I found a liquid Atlantic dulse on vimergy.com so I'll be buying that instead for smoothies.
