This foot switch is mainly for the Chattanooga and Dynatronics Treatment Tables. FS-00 is on the front.

Will this work with a Med Craft hi-lo table with a linak motor?

I do not think so, It is for the Chattanooga/DJO/Dynatronic tables.

Will this work with an oakworks table model number flrtxx243178hz manufactured in 2003 with linak lift colums?

I've been using them on my Oakworks ProLuxe Tables circa 2009-2012. They have the Linak Lift Columns. They work great.
