Piece of crap chair. I'd give it zero stars if I could.I'll tell you what happened with the chair my 89 year old Father was trying to get out of the chair and the arm failed the cheap glide that locks it in place gave way and the arm of the chair broke off and my Father fell on the ground hitting his head on the bed!!!!!This cheap piece of metal that the arm slides into is too weak to support a 130 man but the chair has a 350 lbs rating!!! So I'm returning it and I want a refund under the 1 yr warrant.I would greatly appreciate if someone would pick it up it!!!It could have cost my father a a trip to the hospital with a broken hip not to mention a possible concussion so happy customer I am not!!

Overall I am satisfied with the purchase of the share mostly because it is in my favorite color red, not because of outstanding craftsmanship. the chair is very easy to assemble and come to ship in two large boxes which have two pieces each in them for a total of 4 pieces that easily snap together. The recline heat and massage cords are simple Q connect. five color coded cords come from the bottom of the back piece of the chair and connect to five color coded cords that come from underneath the seat of the chair. As far as the Heat and massage settings go don't expect too much. the heat setting doesn't get very hot just kind of warm and the massage settings are somewhat powerful but actually timeout after 30 minutes and are not continuous. It does featuring a healthy variety of massage styles but don't expect this chair to really provide any deep therapeutic massage relief. This is not a serious medical or health device it's more for leisure and play. The material used to make the chair is not genuine leather but it is not bad looking it fits along well with the actual genuine leather Ashley sleeper sofa I have sitting right next to it. If you have the cash to burn go ahead and get this one if you want to be more particular about what you spend your money on make sure you compare this item to several other choices remember I only got it because it's red I definitely saw other things that were cheaper and looked and worked about the same. This item is said to be at eight point massage type. Make sure the one you choose has this one as well next shoulders back lower thigh. I hope this helped. Enjoy.

Update: 4-19-20/ I am adding an update ... one year later and chair is still working great. And I was wrong about the heating element, it’s working great, I must of did something wrong at the start. I still hold to the overall point that buy this chair only for a smaller and lighter person.——————This chair is very comfortable for a small person. I am a petite 5 ft lady and it is perfect for me. My feet are close to the end of the foot of the chair when reclined so I can’t imagine anyone taller than myself using it without their legs hanging off. I can tell a heavier person could possibly break it but I am small so it’s lighter construction is perfect for me. Be careful however, as I tried to just jump out of it quickly without putting the legs down and it almost fell over forward. So I would be cautious not to let kids play all over it or big people sit in it. It’s definitely better for a lighter person.The vibration controls feel wonderful and feel fairly strong to me. I saw some reviews that said they are not but in my opinion they are wrong. But once again maybe that’s because I am small I feel it more?It reclines back far enough to sleep in. And it sits up straight with legs up to work on my laptop or eat. I think the chair is perfect for me, and I won’t let anyone else in the house sit in it but me for fear they could break it. LOL.I took the time to write in detail so anyone else would know this is a chair that’s construction is geared toward lighter smaller people.My only comment is the foot lift control is just a bit slow, I feel like I am waiting a long time for it to go down or up. And I have to agree on one point with the other reviewers, the heat does not work at all. I think mine is completely not working. Sonfor that I had to deduct a star.I will check back in at a later date and let everyone know if the chair held up.

As far as the good things, the material is soft and the chair looks very nice. That's all I have to say about the good things. The chair is the most uncomfortable, poorly constructed, flimsy, oh did I say massively uncomfortable? The back keeps trying to come off while trying to lay back. The electric mechanism is jerky and grinds. The arms are so weekly constructed, I'm afraid if I put any weight on them and they're going to break off. Don't dare trying to lean over in the chair. My feet hang over the end and I am only 5' 10”. The back pushes out farther than the neck rest which makes it extremely uncomfortable. Trying to sit back and you're going to be sitting on a board , really a board, which digs into your tailbone. This chair is less than a month old and I regret this purchase so much I went out and bought another chair. The sad part is,,, it's not worth the effort trying to return and the sellers know that.The chair will not last six months here.

The chair is nice. Color and style. Reason for three stars. Front pockets are to tight to the chair and there is only one side pocket. Installing the arms to the chair is easy, the only thing is the latching design for the arms is flimsy I dont want to put any weight on the arms when I get out of the chair. The heating and vibrating options are great. I like what I have but I would not buy the same chair again because of assembly design.

Got this for my 90 year old father. I got it because he was weak and couldn't get a manual recliner opened by himself. The remote control recliner worked great and he liked the heat and massage as well.

Es inseguro para la persona Accidentes van a suceder. Muy frágil. No sirvió. Mi peso son 175 lbs. No es la causa. La estructura de acero es de muy poco calibre (gauge 16/18).No tiene la calefacción que indican. Los manuales son insuficientes.
