A really bad product
This is the first time I purchased for a Hisense washing machine. With just over 1 year and 3 months of use, the machine starting giving a problem. After rectifying it by spending 520 on parts it got spoilt again after 2 weeks of being fixed. Now the Hisense service center wants to charge me another 550 to repair it. Paying 1100 for a machine which costs 1470 is not acceptable. Thier service and support is extremely bad as well

4 months using & doing great !!
Initially, I was not sure to go ahead with this product based on some of the negative reviews and complaints about this machine .. however I still went ahead and bought this machine in May 2022 and am here to add my review after using it for 4 months. The machine works amazing well .. only one time it gave some error but that too because the water line was not displacing water properly .. so we cleaned the water lines filters and it is working well since then. We had a 9Kg machine before and used to make 2-3 rounds per day (having a big family). With this machine, the number of frequencies for clothes wash has gone down due to its big size but also the quality of wash has given good results .. probably because of more water/space for the wash. Anywaz, its a very good product and dont get discouraged by the negative reviews ..

Bad product damage the the clothes
It’s by far the worst product it damage the clothes I have spent more on replacing the clothes than replacing the washer machine it’s highly not recommended
