Yes it can be used on a glass top stove and the bottom is flat.

How many pint jars nd how many quarts does this hold?

Does this work on induction stoves? If a magnet sticks to the bottom it will work.

I don't know if it works on an induction plate, but just to inform you all, neither aluminum or stainless steel will attract a magnet. Induction capable pans of either sort have a steel/iron plate embedded in the bottom, giving them a magnetic area that the induction plate will work on
