Better than artificial hormones
Really helped with my perimenopause symptoms. Start slowly, half a tablet per day, gradually increase whilst monitoring for side effects. I didn't have any. I noted more moisture and reappearance of jelly like discharge around mid cycle, same like I was 20 something, really good sign.

It's best to take it one hour before bedtime. Feel so much better.

Balanced female
This has changed me from PMDD symptoms of anger, irritability, rage to feeling balanced inside. I'm 44 but my oestrogen levels are high, progesterone are lower so really need this for balancing them out. It's also reduced my cortisol hormones and stress levels. I take a quarter pill daily. Wonderful!

Great for anxiety/better mood
Seems to really help with better moods. Anxiety decreased although after 2 weeks no difference in my very poor menopausal sleep issues, which is why I was so excited to try it. But I’ll take the happy mood over irritable depression any day!
