No. They are well made stencils. I use them for gel prints and they do not slide around.

Can these be used with chalk paint?

I haven't used them specifically, but if you are gentle and hand pouncing, you could use chalk paints. Many of the designs are delicate. I have used them with sprays mostly.

Do they line up when using it for a bigger surface than the stencil?

Yes I used on a screen and they lined up fine. All very unique.

It says these are Non Toxic. Are they safe for cake decorating?

If they were nontoxic I would assume so but I am not sure. the designs would be lovely on a cake though!
