This phone works fine, all the features work, however, there is a passcode for the WLAN that is no included in the user guide. Without this code, all internet access is blocked.Great phone otherwise

The bracket one uses to insert the SIM card was loose. I returned it. Thank you for the prompt refund.

I bought it, it doesn't have 3G connection.... it doesn't get wifi.... it is just a basic phone
