If you wanted nice soft lip surface yes, but because of its ingredients, if you were going to use long lasting liquid lipsticks it would effect their durability - they either won’t dry and set or they won’t last as long. Either way you’d want to remove it before lipstick. Makes a good low gloss balm over the stop of standard lipstick, because it is actually colourless when on the skin.
