Five month review.... I was using a little ruf and tuf stool under my feet for a foot rest. My feet used to start feeling uncomfortable after merely a few minutes. I realized there was a real need to change this. I did a little research on the internet about good foot rests. I did zero down to metro's products. However this particular one wasn't what I ordered first. I got myself one of their crescent shaped cushions with a depth of 7 inches (pic attached). However that proved to be a little short for me because my feet were just about grazing the top of the cushion. There was no give, not because the cushion wasn't soft enough, but because my feet were not able to provide enough weight to the cushion to experience it. My feet started aching again; and so I returned it. And then I ordered this one! Just a little word of caution before you judge the quality of this cushion. I did experience discomfort with this cushion too at the beginning for a few days. I didn't want to return yet another cushion because I was convinced I would not get anything better. This had a depth of 8 inches (you won't find anything else that is higher than 8 inches) and so either I had to lower the height of my chair (I use a HNI Verta chair) or lower the height of my table. For optimum ergonomics, your computer screen should be at eye level and your elbows should be parallel to the ground. Assuming you adhere to the above mentioned configuration and your desk height is approx. 30 inches : 1. if you are 5'0'' to 5'5" go for this cushion-the one that has a height of 8 inches 2. if you are 5'6" and above go for the 7 inch one Props to Metron for including a disclaimer saying that your body will take time to get used to the new cushion (pic attached) . And it turned out to be true, I did feel discomfort in the beginning but this disclaimer was a reassurance that made me persist with it. And, within the first week itself, all the discomfort seemed to have disappeared. The body did get acclimated to the cushion. Trust this review helps.

good product , value for money

It looks pricy but when you buy it and use it you will feel it is worth every penny. I am very happy with this purchase and enjoy resting my feet on this one also I use it as a laptop table when I sit on the ground. It can be used in many ways!!

Too height

Metron footrest is amazing product with sturdiness quality. The height of footrest is suitable for every height. It relax your position ergonomically. Don't think twice to buy. Go for it. It's a good investment in your comfort.
