can I buy a replacement head strap?

I'm sorry, but we do not sell a head strap alone but the whole package. However, you may able to buy it available on Amazon for the strap alone. The good news is, if ever there is a problem of any parts of the headlamps you may contact the Vont support for further assistance.

I am having trouble using the charger. The plug that’s supposed to go into the headlamp is bigger than the headlamp opening. How can I charge?

it's a snug fit, you might not be pushing hard enough, make sure they're both same shape, should be oval, if not, contact VONT, great customer service

I lost my cable for these headlamps. Can I buy another cable?
