Very effective.
This with other oral meds - worked wonders on my sciatica. Highly recommend. If you're in real pain, like I was, I would apply 3-4 in different areas. Today, if needed, I'm down to 1. Some days none. I won't be without this. Beats other brands too, in my opinion.

These are the only patches that relive the pain from my strained muscle. Super cheap for how many comes in a pack! The smell isn’t super strong either it just smells minty. The patches are kind of small and the box is a little flimsy but that’s not really a big deal because it doesn’t effect the quality of the product.
