IBENZER MacBook Air 13 Inch Case, Soft Touch Hard Case Shell Cover for Apple MacBook Air 13 A1369 1466, White Marble, MMA1301WHMB+1

I am about to go into student teaching and wanted something to help protect my MacBook while I was working and also cover up some stickers I had attached to the top of the computer that had sentimental value. This case works great. It is a matte marble laptop case on top and a separate white piece on the bottom with air vents (although my laptop does not have a fan in the bottom).I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package to see that not only were the two case pieces and the keyboard cover in there, but also a pictorial instruction sheet on the best way to apply and remove the pieces, but also a laptop screen protector and four additional sticky pads for the base of the case (in case any of the ones attached now break or fall off).The case was very easy to put on and easy to remove when you need. It would be hard to accidentally pop the case off unless it were dropped at a very unusual angle I think.The case is not completely opaque - I can see the glow of the Apple logo - but it certainly covers all the stickers on my laptop. I also get a full range of motion from the hinge (see photos) and can open my laptop basically as far as I can without the case.The only thing that bothers me a little is that the color seems a little off (see the picture with the phone case I purchased in an attempt to match accessories) and the colors don't match between the two devices, but it could just be because the phone case is very glossy and the laptop case is definitely matte. There is also a very small white signature in the bottom corner by the hinge of the laptop, but it doesn't detract from the look and is not distracting in any way.It doesn't add a ton of weight to the computer, although I can feel a slight difference when I heft it, which I'm sure I will get used to in a few days.I am not totally sold on the keyboard cover (which is clear/slightly frosted which is nice because I don't like distracting patterns on my keyboard). It may just be because I've never used a cover on an Apple laptop keyboard and the extra resistance feels weird, but there are also smudgy fingerprints that show easily on the keyboard cover. I think that might just be because I didn't clean the keys well enough before applying the cover so I may try to do that again.The included screen protector I have not applied yet, but in holding it up to the screen it seems about a millimeter too small in each direction. It shouldn't affect it too much but it might drive the perfectionism in some people (myself included!) a little crazy.All in all, a great case for the price if you're looking for a little flair for your technology. I don't expect it to last forever, but it would be nice to see about a year's wear out of it. It seems sturdy enough as long as you don't drop or bang around your laptop on a regular basis.Copious photos included, and just to specify, this was applied to my MacBook Air 13-inch model A1466.

Love how it looks and feels but I feel like I received a used case. It was packaged like new but when I opened it there was an obvious scratch on one corner of the case. Bottom snapped on great but the top fits poorly, like it is barely hanging on. Instructions said there would be three tabs on the top side and two for the bottom, but there were only two on both the top and bottom. One appears to have broken off or is missing. Side tabs to snap onto the laptop are also missing. Kinda disappointed.UPDATE:Contacted them and they sent me a new case for free. Shipped very fast. Great customer service. The new case does snap onto my laptop better than the first. However, the fit is not very great. It is a little loose but it's not that much of a problem. Also, when I asked customer service about the tabs on the case, they replied that the instructions included with the case are not accurate which I don't really understand. Overall, good for the price but does not fit quite as well as I'd like it to.

I tried 2 MacBook Air cases since getting my MacBook in February. the first one is fine, but the color was nothing like I had imagined. so I bought the same one in black, and within a month it was cracked in all the wrong places. I have been using my MacBook without a case, but I'm clumsy and dont trust myself. I bought the iBenzer marble case just to try another one out. I love that I get a 1-year warranty. It also feels really nice on my MacBook. my computer seems to be sitting higher up than with the other brand I tried. The marble is gorgeous. the corners are showing some discoloration already, but not enough to tell its discolored. The Speck case for my first MacBook lasted over 5 years so I'm hoping this does the same! but just typing on it, I'm happy with the way the bottom part sits higher up!

The case itself is beautiful (I bought the white marble), however I'm disappointed by two things: 1.) how the keyboard cover is just…well a cover. I was expecting it to be white, but it's just transparent. The photo makes it look white.2.) how the keyboard cover gets dirty really fast. Idk if it's just me or the lighting, but it looks like a light yellowish color now that I've had this case for a month or two. It's easy for dust to get trapped underneath it and I discovered some real tiny bubbles on a few of the keys. It's nothing major, but I just don't like how easily the cover can get dirty. Overall, the case is easy to put on and it's gorgeous.

You get what you paid for. I really like the marble design. However, the material is cheaply made. It will break if you drop on the ground. It mostly for look and will only protect your laptop from minor scratches and dings. Also, the top cover is cloudy. So if you would like the Apple logo to standout while using it. This is not the one for you. The size fits perfect. Easy to snap on and take off without leaving a mark your laptop. The cover stay on and isn't lose. I only give 4 stars because mine came with a noticeable whiteout like mark which is difficult to get off. Other than that I'm happy with the product.

I just received this product in the mail today, it is very soft and it looks good on my laptop. It is a hard case and the design overall is pretty, but it does not let my apple display shine through as well through the case. Also the keyboard protector is very foggy and doesn't look as well as a regular clear one would look. I have a MacBook Air 13 inches by the way. It was also a little difficult to clip on and take off. I will continue to update this review if I see any changes in my recent purchase.
