I'm pleasantly surprised with how our sign turned out. My sister got married and I wanted to give her and her new husband something cool, and this made the perfect gift. They are still complimenting my gift idea and I know I would not have gotten that credit if this product did not turn out great. The sign quality is great - the brightness is insane and powerful. I was expecting something less bright, but this blew us away. The size was perfect, it was not too small and not too big, so it was perfect for a small bar or for a smaller apartment space. They said it was easy to hang because we also got a chain included with the sign. I got the Ice blue color and it was very accurate to the pictures. Plus, my sister and her new husband really liked that color. The font I selected was also accurate to what I saw in the pictures. After customization, I think mine came out to $89 and I feel like I got great value from what I paid. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cool gift or want to add a neat decoration to their space. Just as a heads up, the packaging was messy so be careful unboxing it. Overall, great price and product and would highly recommend this to anyone.

Amazing! Love the finished product

I am super impressed with this product ! It's being used in my store front window because we can't fully afford commercial signage. 1) The customer service via Amazon chat was on point, timely, and very helpful - even had to go back and forth a few times. 2) They were very accommodating with some specifics I asked for 3) it arrived faster than expected 4) Product was exactly as promised - big, bright, and beautiful. Size was perfect - I wasn't sure if the cut out plastic backing was going to be too big in relation to the physicial LED light part, but it was perfect. Very happy, definitely recommend :D

It's AWSOME!!... My friend turned her garage into her she shed with a bar. As a bar warming gift I got her a custom neon sign for what she named her bar...I wasn't sure what to expect so I didn't tell her. What I got for what I spent...let's just WOW!!! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Beautiful sign...she absolutely loves it and I had fun creating it.

The sign looks like the design I submitted but for the final product (vs others I have seen) it's a little over priced. I got a 36 inch sign and there were only 4 holes, 2 on each end, for mounting. There was nothing to support it in the middle and due to it's length, it needed some center support. Thankfully I deal with Lexan at work so I know the right way to drill without cracking it (do not start with a pilot hole and drill very slow, pushing will blow out the back and/or crack it). I have also seen other signs where the layout was slightly engraved into the Lexan first, this one was not, they just glued the LED strips to the face of the Lexan and that was it. Overall it does look good and other than being slightly too bright on camera (I did get the dimmer), I would say I am happy with it. I ordered this on a sunday and it was delivered on thursday morning from China to the east coast.
