The led strip works perfectly, I am satisfied with its max brightness and can easily be dimmed down with its controller. The fact that this powerful, bright led strip is powered from a 5v usb is really impressive. I am using heavily, for prolonged hours on max brightness, which is why I waited a few weeks before writing this review. It is holding up perfectly! You will not be disappointed. I use it instead of a desk lamp. Much more convenient, more uniform light distribution and ideal colour temperature for my eyes.

Controls decent - but not a continous strip. There are smaller lengths soldered together.

Feels very durable with very good adhesion to my iMac 24 M1, included dimmer easy to operate providing its solidly mounted. Cables a reasonable length and nicely soldered, ( usb extenders are cheap as chips ). Light quality good and very uniform along the entire length of the strip, can only just see the LEDS at lowest setting. Nothing much to dislike at the price point except maybe corners get very creased even at large radiuses. Could not get the ends into the PAUTIX 8mm corner connectors, even without the adhesive tape attached. Don't seem tall enough, they jam on the diffuser layer and crumple, gave up eventually.

Brand new out the box and it is doing this instead of staying on ?

Installation of the light was super easy and it looks sturdy. The adhesion to wall was decent. However, the light flickers a lot. Every now and then it starts flickering and then carries on for a few minutes.

Bought this to replace a folding lamp I was using for bias lighting behind my monitor. Firstly, it's much cheaper than a lamp and runs directly from the USB-A socket on the monitor. The strip uses 3M adhesive, so you know it's going to be good quality. Easy to cut to desired length at the marked out lines and the remote control is easy to use.

These were really easy to mount to the rear of my tv, but I found that after a few hours use the heat of the tv seems to warm the glue up on the back and it softened and started to peel away again. I've added some led strip retaining clips and I'm hopeful that these might hold because they're actually a decent simple solution to ambient lighting. The best part is that it remembers what mode you had it set to when you turn it off, so you only need to set it once and don't need to fiddle behind the tv to get the brightness and mode right every time you turn the tv on again.
