I love these shoes. I haven't bought white shoes in 20 years but couldn't resist these. Sperry makes great boat shoes which I tend to live in all year round but this year I am apparently going to PRIDE in Washington DC with my daughter and her partner. In solidarity, I bought these shoes and turns out I absolutely love them. If you like Sperry, these are the same great quality as the others. I would recommend and definitely buy again.

Very comfortable, more of a soft and cushiony insole than non-Gold cup Sperry shoes and looks well made . Amazon recommended I order up a 1/2 size and I am glad I did as my typical size in Sperry’s would have been too small.

I've been wearing Topsiders for as long as I can remember. They are de rigeur for anyone who sails, but they are also one of the most comfortable shoes you can put on your feet.I wear Topsiders almost every day. I generally get about six years out of a pair before they start getting too thin on the bottom and a bit disreputable looking. I'm sure they'd last for decades if I didn't wear them ashore, as I always do.I was a little concerned about fit, as my feet tend to swell a bit in hot weather. I needn't have worried. The 11-1/2 regular fit perfectly. They'll be even more comfortable once they've had a couple of weeks to mold to my feet.Prices for Topsider Authentic Originals (AO) two-eyelet are all over the map. These were a bargain for less than $100.

I've owned Sperry Topsiders for 50 years. They're long lasting and durable, and look good whether you are on a boat sailing, striding through a park in your shorts, or walking through an airport in jeans. They are very comfortable, and easy to clean. My only complaint, is that wearing the shoes without socks is a pretty normal thing, yet the foot insert seems to dislodge and come out often when not wearing socks. That was not the case with the early pairs of shoes I owned for many years, until the shoe was pretty worn out. My newest shoes already started to have this issue after just one long night of wearing them, so I'm hoping that this is not something I have to deal with on an ongoing basis. The shoes are very comfortable and the new sold is cushioned a bit better.

The shoes were purchased in June of 2023. They started falling apart (hole) in the right sole and the lips at the front of BOTH shoes started separating.The fufiller told me that the return period was over and to contact Sperry. The shoes are worn infrequently. THIS SELLER IS NOT REPUTABLE, I WILL NEVER (OR SUGGEST ANYONE) ORDER FROM THEM.Shame on Amazon for allowing them to sell on the Amazon platform

I typically wear a size nine and prefer a shoe that is wide, especially in the toe. I initially ordered a 9 in one of the standard sperry styles. The leather was quite stiff and too tight for me. 9 wide was only available in the gold cup but the leather is much softer and the wider shape makes for a super comfortable shoe. The Ginger color is nice, a lighter natural color. Overall I think the gold cup line is worth the extra money especially if you need a wide size.

These shoes look and feel terrific. The only 'issue' is that when you take off the shoe, the soles come up with the foot. That isn't really a big problem, merely a slight inconvenience.
