Unbelievably Amazing! And Easy!
99.9% of the time, I DO NOT write reviews. But I 100% love this restorer!!! I’m a total amateur at doing stuff like this, but it was so easy! I had only planned to fix up our gigantic Harden coffee table - well worn from 25 years of use in our family room. I began with a good wipe down with mineral spirits and let it dry for a bit, cleaned it with the Rejuvenate furniture cleaner, colored in a TON of dings, chips, scratches and worn areas with wood markers, then applied two coats of the Restorer polish. AMAZING! It looks nearly new! And because that piece was so easy, I decided to quickly tackle a 25 year old Century side table and Ethan Allen side table. I did the same steps but in a hurry - perfect! The Restorer says it is not recommended on veneer, but the Ethan Allen has a veneer top and it worked beautifully. Next time, I’ll do a little extra mineral spirits and light sanding on the veneer top to remove some dings before finishing. I wish I had taken BEFORE photos - bummer. All three pieces took about 1.5 -2 hours (because of all the furniture-marker work I had to do). I’m planning to tackle four more pieces this weekend - including my veneer-topped dining table!

No overbearing scent
I noticed an immediate shine after applying. There is a subtle scent to this furniture restorer which makes it a terrific option if you have sensitivities to strong cleaning products. The attached mitt is compatible with the thickness of the furniture restorer so you receive the maximum effect.

Wished it was better
It did make some of my wood furniture look better. We tried to use it on the kitchen/bathroom vanity. It could have been the person applying the product (husband). The stuff for the floor is awesome.

Fabulous Finish Without the Oil!
UPDATE 2/20: I still swear by this stuff! I originally said that it would not work on the cheap breakfast table. I continued to use orange oil on it. However, as time went on, the orange oil only looked good for a few hours. So I decided to use the Dawn water a bit more aggressively to remove as much of the previous oil applications and what little "finish" remained. It took a few washes, but I did get it to a point that I thought the Rejuvenate would work. It did. The table now looks better than it did when new. If you're still on the fence, take the plunge and pick this up! ORIGINAL REVIEW: After reading some of the reviews, I almost bailed out and resorted to my usual lemon or orange oil to polish my kitchen cabinets. I'm so glad I didn't. There is a very small learning curve to gauge just the right amount to use but once you have it figured out, the application is a breeze. I used a microfiber cloth and a Dawn/water mix to thoroughly clean the cabinets. While not necessary, I did let them completely dry overnight before moving on to the Rejuvenate. I did not think to take "before" pics. After cleaning, there was no shine at all on my 15-yr old cabinets. Some reviewers refer to "buffing". You do NOT buff this product. A video I watched likened application to that of paint. One or two swipes, overlapping just a bit, then move on. If you see missed spots, wait 5 minutes (or until dry), then go over the surface again. Don't try to fix it while it's wet. I opted for two coats, which gave a nice satin sheen. The photos were taken at night, with the overhead light on. It appears brighter in the picture than it really is. After the two coats, I still have a little more than half the bottle left. The only piece it did not work well on was a small (cheap) breakfast table. I think there was just enough of a "finish" on it that caused the product to streak. I quickly washed it, again with Dawn/water, and it came off with no problem. I definitely recommend this product over the oil-based alternatives. I am certain that it will not attract as much dust and dirt, since the finish lends for easy occasional dusting.

Please Do not !
I used this on my wood resurfaced bathroom cabinets and had no issues- they were resurfaced about 6 years ago. Used the mit and followed instructions and they had a good sheen for several weeks. It didn’t really fill in any knicks but it left them temporarily less noticeable. I decided to use it on my brand new ( less than 6 weeks) kitchen cabinets to just give them some shine before Xmas, as they are brand new and already clean. I applied and did everything the same. I was in tears - the streaks were terrible. It looked like Someone had splatters liquid all over my cabinets and I feared I ruined thousands of dollars worth of cabinetry. It literally looked like someone windexed the area and left clearish white streaks behind. I went over the streaks again as per the directions to see that it was only worse and new Streaming was occurring. I called Rejuvenate directly in an absolute panic and they told me it was because I used it on painted cabinets - but they advertise this product with both gray and white touch up markers and a quick Google search pulls up a “safe for painted” instruction. My cabinets are wood, and maybe this is true but there is also No disclaimer and several other reviewers have ruined cherry wood cabinets that aren’t painted. The customer service person was helpful and told me that it was like a water based wax and would eventually fade with time and use - and that my cabinets were not ruined but would unevenly lose the shine over several months. I did not purchase a alkaline stripper as they recommended for fear it would take off the finish or paint off my cabinets. I did use ammonia free windex, which was recommended and a remedy I googled - but I was also told it would take quite some time for a large area. I have gone over the cabinets 3x with a microfiber cloth gently buffing in the windex and it has significantly reduced the streaks but it will take quite a few more applications and time before they are totally gone. Vinegar and water as googled does not work. I will have to touch the paint up as well. Right now I am doing windex every day and hoping that that and time will take care of the streaks. I am so glad I only got to some upper cabinets before realizing the issue. Please do not use. Those that had White steaks left on their cabinets in other reviews are 100 percent correct.
