Bought these for salmon fishing in Alaska unfortunately the river was blown out but our guide said they looked like they would work for the reds the hook quality looks nice itโs the right size for flossing the colors are right too.

These catch fish
Finally got out salmon fishing. Rules here are barbless hooks. The hooks are tough enough to grind off the barbs without effecting the toughness of the hook. Where I fish the river is very rocky bottom so the fly is continuously bouncing off rocks. Very tough fly. It held up to hours of hitting the rocks and getting devoured by salmon from 3 to 13 pounds. The lure still looks new. I highly recommend them and I just bought another set for my wife.
