Puppy Cake Wheat-Free Cake Mix with Icing for Dogs (Birthday Cake with Pupfetti Sprinkles)

I absolutely loved this! Not only was the cake easy to make, but it smelt amazing too lol. The size was perfect and sharable, didn’t really upset my 6 month old fur baby’s stomach either which was a shocker. He loved it so much I had to stop him from inhaling more than the dose!! Will definitely be getting this again in the future for occasions. The perfect treat 😋

I ordered the birthday cake flavored cake mix for my Labrador’s 10th bday! He is SO picky and always suspicious about snacks or extras he may get that I wasn’t expecting him to eat any of his cake but he LOVED it!! I was so shocked and super happy! It has a good consistency, was super easy to make. I tasted the mix and it tasted pretty good. The icing was perfect for the top of his cake. I had read other reviews that had to add water or microwave a bit but I didn’t have any issues with it needing anything extra. It spread very easy and set quick. I added the sprinkles and he loved those too! I will def buy more for my baby boy

This cake was a hit at my little queen’s 16th birthday paw-ty!! It was simple to make and turned out perfect. I baked it in the oven in a round cake pan. The icing was a little tricky. I had to add more water; then I put the mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds in order to thicken it up.

Easy to make and applesauce can be substituted for the oil. I used a nonstick loaf pan which I sprayed with cooking spray but the cake still stuck to the pan. With a little patience, I did manage to get it out of the pan undamaged. The icing packet is small but is sufficient for the cake and once poured on top it sets up fairly quick. I was concerned it could be too runny. My dog liked his cake and seemed happy with his special treat.

All my dogs love this. Super easy to make. However, the icing is somewhat difficult to make. Everytime I make this, the icing is a problem. My dog almost choked because he bit a huge piece off and the icing got stuck on the roof of his mouth. I had to shove my finger down his throat to scoop the chunk of icing out. The cake itself is great, but you’d be better off using Greek yogurt or PB as the icing

Bought this cake mix for my goldens first birthday. She absolutely loved it and enjoyed having a sweet treat on her big day. I liked that there’s wasn’t a lot of harmful ingredients, the quality of the cake was good, and I feel like the price was good for what I got. It was super simple to make and took less than 30 mins from start to finish. I loved how the frosting looked like real frosting and how fast is dried onto the cake so that I didn’t make a mess. I would definitely try another flavor from this brand again on her next birthday.
