Good idea but software crashes repeated when moving files from the iPhone.

Update: i have experimented more with this drive, I have found if I manually select 50 files/photos at a time, the copy speed is much faster. I purchased this to copy 5,000 photos off my iphone to free up iphone space. I recommend, not choosing “select all”, just manually select fewer each time until you get the total you want copied. It still changes the file names but I can live with that. End of updateI purchased this Sandisk usb drive to free up space on my iphone. It works & it did copy so I at least have a backup, BUT there are 3 negatives:1. Slow transferring/copying speed like 25 mps & I have a fast internet service.2. When files are copied from my iphone to the Sandisk, It renames all you files/photos with long numerals & letters.3.Files/photos were copied from my phone to sandisk in completely random order.Frustrating, because my files/photos were all named & grouped in order. Now they are mixed up, no date, group or chronological order. I have used other Sandisk products but I am looking into other brands & options that do not have these issues.
