Does it heal bed pressure?

Yes, it helps!! My father-in-law had 2 bed sores on his butt. The wounds were visibly starting to heal after a week & a half. The ointment seals the wound & if in the buttock area, forms a barrier from urine.

Can this be used for diaper rash on an older kid, 6 years old (he has autism)?
