Excellent product.
These seem to work well, they stay on my skin until I remove them. So much better than taking tablets.

Convenient
Very convenient way of taking a calcium supplement instead of those awful chalky whale tablets. I just wish they were in 500mg patches to use twice a day, like the tablets.

Improved my Calcium levels
I take alot of medication & when diagnosed with osteoporosis, found I couldn't tolerate the fizzy tablets the Dr prescribed. I thought I would give the patches a try but was sceptical as to whether they would work. Just had a blood test & my calcium levels have increased. I use other vitamin patches & they all work for me.
