I mainly use autel and launch diagnostic systems, however I thought I’d give this one a try. The features are very similar to launch, however the special functions available seem to be better than others I have used.

I was keenly anticipating the arrival of this machine and was therefore extremely disappointed to find that it could not cope with my cars. First concern was its failure to find VIN. After manually entering VIN it correctly identified car and displayed PCM system architecture but when attempting a scan it found only2 of the Control modules. Interestingly it found different modules wit each scan but never more than 2. Not appreciating that as i had not bought the from TOPDON UK i contacted them an although they were very helpful and remotely controlled the device they had the same results and were unable to resolve the problem. My alternatives were: to resolve the issue using email and chat support, or return the device for refund. I reluctantly chose the latter. This problem leaves me with a problem with Topdon UK proposing an alternative and my now slightly cynical eye. I have several other TOPDON devices and have previously been very pleased with both the quality and performance of TOPDON products this issue has made me more cautious I should add that i used the compatibility check before purchase. My advice is be cautious before buying and spending significant funds on a useless product because you relied on previous purchase experience. Thank goodness for Amazon return policy..

I bought this after using Autel on my BMW E89 which took forever to communicate.This is by far much quicker and very easy to use. Battery is huge. The 10” display is superb and responsive. It comes with every cable you could need.If you have a VAG car it also supports coding and personalisation. It does support other cars too like Benz. I was able to code the outside temperature to be constant instead of Kph.A very comprehensive piece of kit. By far best value for money for pro level or DIY.

Very pleased with this diagnostics tool.Does everything I can think of needing, very simple to use and the customer support from the company is very good.I had a few questions about specific settings/ features and they got back to me quickly with clear answers.Very good company to deal with, and good quality products.
