Works with my overflow boxes

i didnt use these from the beginning. I used pvc, pond tubings and million pieces of fittings to make a system of 4 tanks connected to a sump totaling about 250 gallons. every time i added a tank, i had to redo all pipe work etc. When i did the last tank, i used these instead. the white pipe attaches are not securely glued- well they arent so pvc glue types i think. rather than using pvc glue, i used a clamp - wow it worked and no leak and i can just unclamp when i have to change the setting. love them they dont kink= no kidding.

Overall, I like this item. I was under the impression the hose fits perfectly into the Eshopps overflow unit without having to use adhesive/cement to prevent leaks. Sure enough, it did have a very very small leak that wasn't anything serious so just to be on the safe side i put a small amount of PVC cement around it. Since then, it's been working great with ZERO issues. I would recommend purchasing, just be careful about the connection to the overflow.

Exactly as advertised and you can connect it to any regular PVC fitting
