smooth operator
The hover-board is a smooth operator indeed. The large pneumatic tires make a real difference. The worst down check is that the book that comes with it makes it clear that if you actually use it or store it outside of a carefully air conditioned house you immediately void the warranty. I've never seen as much boilerplate in one publication in my life!The hover-board will go much faster than it is rated, but I expect that the speed rating is due to the danger of overheating the batteries and the danger of bodily harm if you bite the concrete at over fast walking speeds.The LED lights are cute but could not be used to actually illuminate anything.Otherwise it is very good.

Cheap option with 10"tires
I replaced my son's hoverboard Hover-1 H1 for the model Titan but it was deceptive.Battery duration is shorter and led lights are more limited with less resources and options to control via App.H1 is equivalent to Beast and not Titan.I do not recommend Titar.

Broke the day it arrived
My son weighs a little over 60 lbs. After the unit was charged he took it for a spin. 20 minutes into his ride (all pavement) one side started blinking red. I performed the recommended calibration and resets which didn't help. I went through the company's terrible documentation and terrible website and came to the conclusion that a sensor needed to be replaced. I watched a video (not located on said terrible website) on how to replace the sensor. It was quite involved and not something I was willing to take on a few hours after unboxing. We sent it back. Not impressed on a few levels. I'm glad Amazon's return policy and process is great because I couldn't get rid of this thing fast enough.

This is the question is posted to the Seller: "I have this hoverboard and cant seem to turn it well in place or spot. its kind of jerky compared to my 6.5 hover h1. is this normal?" They answered saying contact the Manufacturer. Well, I fixed the problem myself: Put it on expert mode and it works just fine; it just does not work on the other mode. Other than that it's great.

The company was not easy to work with.
Hello,So I contacted hover One support. Because I was having issues with my hoverboard. They asked me for proof of purchase. All that good stuff to make sure it was under the 90 day warranty. Which I submitted respectfully then I got another email asking the same question. Since it looks like I was getting nowhere with this company I decided to contact Amazon. And let them know the issue at hand that I had regarding my hoverboard problems. Without hesitation I got a refund on the spot. And was mailed a return label which was very fantastic. Please just be aware that this company drags their feet. And will not help you in a timely manner but waste your time and energy and effort and patience. And mind you I purchased an extended warranty as well. Other than that the new hoverboard is great and my kids love [email protected]
