I've been using this dielectric grease on spark plug boots, battery terminals, and trailer connectors for a while now, and it does exactly what it's supposed to. A little goes a long way—it spreads smoothly, stays in place, and creates a solid barrier against moisture and corrosion. It's made a noticeable difference in keeping connections clean and makes removing spark plug boots way easier down the road. I've also used it on light bulb threads to keep them from seizing. A single tube lasts forever, so for the price, it's hard to beat. If you do any kind of electrical work on cars or around the house, this is one of those cheap items that's genuinely worth having.

This stuff rides in the drawer under my shop counter with the spare keys and receipt paper. I bought it to deal with flaky connections on our front doorbell camera and the POS terminal. I pulled the plugs, wiped them down, dabbed a tiny bit of grease, then snapped everything back. No more random disconnects right when a line of customers shows up. Wiped this on my car’s battery terminals after a 12 hour night shift because the engine had been cranking slow and the posts kept getting crusty. The tube is small but you only use a dab each time so it’ll last a while. Texture is thick, kind of like clear jelly, and it stays put when i slide the connectors back on. I’ve also used it on my spark plug boots and the headlight sockets in my old Civic. No more weird flickering on the way to work at 6am, which made me really glad i bought it. Tube cap seals tight, no mess in tge toolbox.
