What are the measurements for the m l xl etc?

ADVICE from NEENCA about the size: ATTENTION: Please check chart to select your size. We suggest you do not choose a size based on your height and weight. You need to determine the size based on the thigh circumference 4" above your kneecap. (This is the most accurate.) Thigh's circumference of 4" above the knee-cap： M: 14"-17" (35.5-43cm) L: 17"-20" (43-51cm) XL: 20"- 24" (51-61cm) XXL: 24"- 27" (61-68.5cm)

Can you run in this. Thanks

Yes of course. In fact, that's exactly where it excels. This one comes with three specially designed velcro fixing system, you can adjust its size according to your needs for best fit, So the problem you encountered will never happen again. It has open patella design at the kneecap and better support and compression performance, It's professional for pain recovery and sports injuries, It’s perfect for you. Hope this will help you:)

What material is this?

I think the material is elasticated polyester.

How about this Velcro for knee brace ? Where should the Velcro be attached?

Sorry about the delay I’ve had the dreaded Covid. Re: knee brace Velcro straps, the Amazon picture is a good demonstration. First cross over under the knee cap, then second cross over at the back of the knee. Bring both ends to the front and fasten onto the ‘hook’ Velcro strip either side above the knee cap. Remember not too tight you want to support the knee and not immobilise it.
