I’ve now bought two of these to replace the original incandescent bulbs on Surefire flashlights (6P and Z2). Works fine for my needs, which are decidedly non-tactical so they don’t get whacked around every day. Don’t know how they would hold up to that use, but for me they’re perfect. Good light output, and not as hot as the incandescents.

Fits my Surefire 9p great. Very bright even with the older batteries that were in the light. Very worthwhile upgrade.

I have two surefire lights that I'd not used in years really. These things were great back in the day (20+ years ago) but by today's standards, were quite lacking. I ran across this item and bought one to try in my mountable light. Needless to say I was highly impressed and purchased the 2nd one, which arrived today. 5 stars all day, but the support spring supplied with the new bezel (gold spring in photo) does not fit. The outside diameter is too large to seat inside the light assembly where it was designed to. It's mostly irrelevant with the led anyway, and so install without it does not affect function. I'll definitely pleased with the purchase, these lights might now almost be worth the price paid for them 2 decades ago.

Got one to upgrade my Surefire 6P LED. Works good. Fits perfectly. It puts out a solid white beam and is fairly bright but is definitely NOT 2000 lumen that's advertised. Still it is definitely worth buying. Gave my old light a nice upgrade.

This is 50 times brighter than the original bulb that came with my Surefire flashlight!
