I recently got the Barebones Railroad Lantern in Antique Bronze, and I absolutely love it! The design is stunning—it has that vintage, rustic look, but with the convenience of modern technology. It’s rechargeable via a Type-C cord, which is super handy, and the battery life is amazing. I took it on a camping trip recently and had the light on the lowest setting for two nights straight, and it still had power when I got home. Not only is it functional, but it also adds such a cozy vibe to your campsite with its vintage charm. It’s equally great as a decorative piece at home. Another feature I appreciate is the Type-C cord that comes with a little USB adaptor, which is so thoughtful. If most of your chargers are still USB-based, or if you're using an extension cord with USB ports, you can keep the adaptor on. But if you’ve upgraded to Type-C to Type-C, you can just remove it. Overall, this lantern is a perfect blend of style and practicality!

Looks like an old lantern, throws a lot of light, lights like an old lantern using a twist potentiometer on the side. The one off dime switch feels a little fragile. Nothing else does. I'd buy it again.

This is well made. I bought the mini versions and loved them. This light is dimmable but can also be very bright when needed. The charge has lasted several days but we don’t use it a lot. It's something that looks really vintage but it's extremely smart to have lights because you just never know when the power might go out. So if you're going to deal with the power going out you miles to do it in class! This is the third one of these so trust me when I say it's a good light that looks awesome!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this product. It is uncommon that I buy the same thing twice, let alone three times; but I keep coming back to this lantern. I have always had an affinity with the vintage look, this delivers. It has a great light output both dim and bright, it is sturdy, and I was pleased to find it has real seeded glass. I even found that barebones supplies the glass on their website in both clear and yellow varieties. This lantern fits both form and function. I’m not obligated to stow it away in the garage or closet, it is as suitable a decoration as much as a tool. It charges fairly quick and lasts more than long enough on a decent brightness. I will never look back on a standard camping lantern again. I highly recommend this.

It doesn't work; the light only stays on for a few seconds before turning off.

So cool! The design and function are close to original as possible. Great light. Easy to carry. Not compact but we like that.

La railroad est au milieu des 2 autres (Olight Classic à gauche et outpost à droite), son design est vraiment magnifique. Comme la outpost et la beacon, la lumière est à 3000k ce qui est presque un blanc neutre mais pas assez chaud, c’est un peu surprenant sur une lanterne avec un look vintage d’avoir une lumière trop blanche, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas comme sur la Olight le choix entre lumière très chaude et ambrée et lumière plus neutre. Mais je m’y suis faite, ce sont de très belles lanternes de qualité, la qualité a un prix et le design aussi. J’aime beaucoup la marque Barebones, ils font du très beau matériel de belle qualité. Ma préférée est la light stick dans cette marque notamment grâce à sa lumière très chaude. La railroad est une belle lanterne quasi sans faute je recommande.
