Are they good for night tennis

Not sure about night tennis. However I wore them on a cloudy day and they were good. Wore them for I door pickleball and they were too dark so purchased clear for indoor use.

Do the blue lenses make a yellow tennis ball more intense-looking and easier to see?

Yes. A yellow tennis ball is easier to see with these, particularly in bright/glaring sunlight conditions. I do not use them when playing indoors.

Where can I get a replacement nose pad? It comes off too easily.

I just ordered another pair. After having my first pair of glasses for 3 years the nose piece started getting loose. I glued it on and that lasted for about a year until the entire nose piece came off and broke. I figured that 3 years was pretty good at the $15 price I paid for them. It would be nice to have a replacement nose piece available.
