Best Ever! Tried Many!
My husband loves pancakes. He especially loves Uncle Bill’s in Stone Harbor. He rates small restaurants and diners by their quality of pancakes. Needless to say he is completely thrilled with King Arthur Pancake mix. The pancakes are super light and delicious and very easy to make to make! Water only!

Good mix
I read online that this is the best pancake mix so I gave it a shot. I thought it was a little dense and makes thick pancakes. The flavor was fine though.

Hands down , the best!!
Literall the best pancakes I have ever had, also had some extremely good authenic maple syrup. It was was sinful eating them but I do not eat them often. Just wow!!!

Beautiful, but heavy and not much flavor!
The pancakes looked absolutely beautiful! It is the highest rising pancakes I have ever made! Then there is the taste! It was heavy, hardly any flavor! To me, flavor is the most important! The only thing where I might have screwed up was maybe wait 3minutes after mixing the batter and see if that will help to make the pancakes more airy and more tasty? I will try again!
