used it as an extractor fan from the kitchen. Lets cold air back in through the fan when not in use. Will have to fit an excluder on the outside.

Didn’t work
Fan blade kept flying off, it was fitted when delivered and just flew off when fan started. Tried refitting it but kept flying off. Returned to Amazon

This fan is quite flush with the wall, fairly quiet also, i would however recomend installing a automatic closing flap on the Exhaust side as doesnt have built in flaps to minimise draught exlusion, and can let in cold air when windy, such things can be purchased fairly cheaply, but for the price point the product does as it says, and fairly well. Good product, would recomend.
