This Bromelain is the best of the rest!
Amazing product! No more runny nose. I sleep all night without one of my nostrils clogging up. It may help snoring problems. It helps my breathing as I sleep too. Thins my blood but my blood still clots when I get cut. I take 3-4 before bed. You have to have something on your stomach when you take these. ..... Oh yea, this is a Bio-Flavinoid. It is an extract that does not go bad like other Bromelain products. Great for vitamin C since it is from the stem of a Pineapple.

The jury is still out ...
I purchased this at the "advice" of my optometrist ... He said fresh pineapple, but Bromelain allegedly helps with floaters, which "plagues" me from time to time. I've been taking for less than a week so the jury remains out ... That's why I gave it a 4 star rating.

It works so much better than the Rx meds! It is also much easier than cutting up a pineapple and then turning around and boiling the skin to make a drink that is only good for a week.

Great Product
Bought this to help with the swelling after my Tummy Tuck. I do believe these pills helped me significantly because by week 3 my swelling went down versus ppl that were in my surgery group who were still swollen and didn’t use these pills. Surprisingly I also noticed that it made me go regularly (💩) which is a good thing, Of course healing from surgery u don’t really eat so this was a plus. This will help week 4 of using these pills and I will continue until the bottle is done. Will order for my future surgeries
