Creative Mark Masking Fluid Paint Brushes (Set of 10) - Watercolor Brushes Contains Synthetic Hair w/Short Wood Handles

These brushes are going to work excellent to put on masking fluid to my watercolor. many choices for different variety of art subjects.

I bought these brushes to apply liquid masking film on model airplane canopies. The fine brush tip comes to a sharp point and allows me to apply to areas like corners. The wider brushes can be used to apply broader areas and then cut the mask to size. Out of the Package they are really stiff but a dab of water and a wipe on paper towel loosens them up. As brushes go they are easy to use. The handles are a wide enough to grab easily. They seem to be holding up well. The bristles are a nylon type and are easy to clean. I’ve only used them on acrylics so far. A good value since you get eight brushes for little money. I also use the brushes to clean my models of sanding dust before painting. They work well for that use.

I love the quality of these brushes because they do not fall apart when you use them. I like the color and how easy they are to clean. I do see them as a value for the money. They are easy to use, and I like their functionality. I am so glad that I bought them. Having these brushes made doing the art attached a breeze!

Does the job. But don’t expect tracing very fine lines.

I first bought these for masking fluid and various craft uses, but soon discovered that whatever kind of synthetic these are, they hold their shape better than any of my many oil painting brushes, which cost me much more! The brights in this pack keep a nice square, sharp edge no matter how full of oil paint they are. I love them for the initial sketch, to block in the first shapes, and very often to complete entire alla prima paintings. The sharp edges and corners make them very versatile for highlights and crisp lines and edges, and give me a lot of control. The rounds also hold their point very very well, and I used them for details like fine hairs and tiny highlights. I've trimmed a few to make different sizes, but I'm searching to find a line of brushes made from this kind of synthetic so that I can buy different sizes, because they are fantastic!

Even though these are semi-disposable (i.e. you don't cry if you mess them up), they wash out nicely and I've used the same ones over several times and they're still in good shape. I'm very happy with them.

These work. You are getting average masking fluid and below average brushes but if you are careful, it works.

Since these are pretty inexpensive brushes, I didn't have high expectations but I knew they would work for my project. Surprisingly, they worked great and are holding up really well. I would buy them again!

UPDATE: You are probably better off buying brushes from the dollar store to use as "masking fluid brushes" These are nice; however, much cheaper at the dollar store for this type of use, Haven't used yet for masking fluid. Nice to have 2 sizes and a set of 6 in total. I'm confident I'll find these useful
