When I received my order I initially thought I had been shorted one handle and contacted the company. The company responded very quickly and explained the other handle had just been shipped in a separate box which I received the next day. The overall quality seems good and both door handle work as they should.

Great replacement for my 97 C1500 Base 4.3L V6. Ruby Color. Door handles work as it should.
Use a little Lithium Grease for the lock/unlock slide. Helps the action with a door lock and key installed with a new exterior handle. Great replacement for my 97 C1500 Base 4.3L V6. Ruby Color. Note: Purchased new Ignition/door lock set keyed alike. I can say it takes patience to replace all of the components. Enjoy!
