Boxes were packaged well intact. Very sturdy, well designed and easy to install with the included brackets. Holds moisture well with adequate drainage and room for plants to grow. Many compliments from neighbors walking by.

I love these — sturdiness, durability, look, watering system. They are a challenge to hang. It requires reinforcing fence boards with a piece of 2 x 4 and getting out the drill. The brackets are substantial.

These have a bit of a learning curve to install, but once you get it, installation is a breeze. Mine came with 4 installation brackets. The installation manual is suspect. Other than the manual's recommendation to use strapping as a mounting substrate on your house, I'd recommend NOT using the manual to install. You're better off mocking up the install to see where the manual's shortcomings are (and there are a few).All in all, these are pretty pricey for what you get. That said, it's much more expensive to go with a wooden box (at least the 5' size I got...somewhere around 400-500 bucks).Customer service was VERY GOOD to me. I had ordered 2 of these boxes and one of them had some hidden damage from shipping. I took a photo of the hidden damage and sent it to Architectural Depot, the reseller for this Mayne product. They actually had a real person respond to me over email (after an initial boilerplate response) and immediately said they'd be shipping out a replacement, get this, withOUT requiring me to send back the damaged one FIRST.That's good customer service and it turned my 3.5 star review into a 4.5-5 star review (can't do half's on Amazon).All in all, I will buy these again for some other windows in the future - they do look good once installed.

It looks very good and also works good. It is stable and strong, I can probably stand in it on the side of the house. The only problem we had is that the paint they did at the factory didn't completely cover it entirely box, we had go get some spray paint at the store and repaint it, not a big deal. Good buy, I would recommend it.

I absolutely love these. I purchased (2) of the 5' box (wish it came in 6') and it is great! It looks beautiful on my home and the best part is the watering system. My flowers are in full sun for most of the day and don't get dried out. Right now (June in CT) I am only watering once a week. With my old containers without the self watering system I had to water daily.I love this window box! Highly recommend.Note: you will need wood to secure to your home first, then the window box goes over the wood. This is in the directions, but not online.

We had these in black at our other house. Got them in espresso for the new house. Placed them on our new shed that's close to the front of the house.

Well made but very heavy. You need something strong to attach it to.

Love it! These window boxes have given our 32 yr old bungalow a fresh new look. The reservoir means not having to water daily like with traditional boxes.
