Is this a bright white or yellow?

There's a three-position switch. If you want BRIGHT white like an operating room (5000K), it's there for you. The lowest setting (3000K) is a pleasant yellowish-white. Your choice but you need to take the light apart (3 nuts at the base, shown on all pictures) to get at the switch.

The description says power source is 'Battery Powered'. What does that mean if the light is hard wired?

You would think if this country can copy everything we do they could mock-up the translations as well. No batteries are required. I replaced two (25#) kitchen lights with the super hot bulbs that burn out, are expensive AND hard to find. These lights are super lightweight, super bright (the 3/4/5K brightness settings are selected via a three way switch under the cover) and easy to install/look great. Just be careful and turn that circuit breaker off first!

Can this item be used in a RV?

Chris H's response is correct. It should be added that a 110V light will not work when you are running the RV on battery power; the 110V accessories only operate when your RV is plugged in to "shore power." That being said, it's unlikely that your overhead lighting is on the 110V inverter circuits, so you should look elsewhere.

Which dimmer switches are compatible with this light so it doesn't flicker?

Hello Anna, The brightness is adjustable inside the light but I can't say if an actual dimmer switch will work on the LEDs. I would recommend going back on Amazon and opening the page for the light fixture then contacting the seller for the info. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
