Q: Is this tape 100% waterproof?

yes, i believe it is 100 percent waterproof...apply on dry surface and I use it every week with water elements. love it and it works well

Q: is this an adhesive tape?

Suppose to be adhesive tape, lol. I have not open it yet. I use them to secure the wet foam to the flower container.

Q: Is this oasis brand (as pictured)? Or shinoda tape?? Very misleading!

The tape we sell is only OASIS Brand. The ad may have been initially written by Shinoda, in which case we can not change it. However, if you order from us, you will only get OASIS products.
