XMCOSY+ Patio Lights, Smart 50Ft Outdoor String Lights with 25 G40 Bulbs

I've strung these lights both over our back patio and threaded them through trees in our backyard, They're beautiful and solid, and the set up was incredibly easy. The XMCosy app is very simple and intuitive. The lights showed up immediately and -- most importantly -- linked with Alexa unit more easily than any other device I've used. Within a matter a minutes, the setup was complete and with one command to Alexa I could have everything beautifully lit. Unfortunately, a year later, following a severe storm, the patio lights stopped responding. After an unsuccessful attempt to resurrect the lights -- and not expecting much -- I emailed XMCosy Customer Service to ask if they could suggest a fix. To my surprise, they responded within just a few hours (Just incredible, right?), identifying the problem as the controller. Even better, they offered to send a new one -- despite my being long beyond the warranty period. Then -- even more amazingly -- within just three days I received not only a new controller, but a whole new 72-foot set of lights!! What unbelievable customer service! What more could anyone possible expect? Both the product and these guys are just great!

These lights have worked great for us in two areas in our backyard. One strand is set up on a timer through the included app, and has also been set up in Alexa. The other is only on Alexa, and though I had trouble with the first motor on our second purchase, their customer service was unbelievably accommodating, and they were happy to send me a replacement outside of Amazon’s return process. In fact, as soon as you purchase a strand of lights, the manufacturer sends you an email to see if you are happy with the product and if you need assistance with the setup. The lights have worked perfectly aside from that, and have made controlling the backyard scene so much easier. This product has both on/off and dimming functions, and the timer on one of our strands actually dims at a certain time as part of one of our settings. So the customizable features are better than you’d expect. The ease of use, available features, and amazing customer service is why I’ll continue to buy this product as I build upon the lit areas in our backyard :)

These lights are great the dimmable feature and the Alexa controls work awesome I did however have a controller that failed but the manufacturer very promptly replaced when I reported it to them so very happy with their service and very happy with the product

After a couple months of use the lights would only stay on, Alexa would not respond. After email communication of suggestions and testing it was found the controller needed to be replaced. I received anew on in a timely manner at no charge. Great service! Almost gave 4 stars, because I rarely look at 5 star reviews, because I like to know what could go wrong. I would like to know that when something does go wrong the customer support is there. But I don’t think they deserve the loss of a star for this great service.

I LOVE these lights! I've purchased 1 set of 100 ft in november and another 50ft in march, extending them is a piece of cake, plug into plug and move on! Also, not one has budged or broken since purchase. They work on a set schedule, I can customize the light intensity and make a weekly plan, duration, all through the app so I don't have any maintenance on them. My yard looks like a fairy garden with these, its a warm ambient feel🥰

I am extremely happy with this product it works like a charm. I’ve been using these patio lights for about three years, and recently they suddenly stopped connecting to my Wi-Fi. I contacted customer service expecting to explain the issue, but before I even had a chance to describe what was happening, I received an email informing me that a replacement part had already been shipped and would arrive within a few days. I was genuinely blown away by the level of support. It’s refreshing to see that this kind of outstanding customer service still exists today. A special thank you to Ella for providing such a smooth and pleasant experience. My lights are now working like brand new again!

Stopped working after two month. Now only the first two bulbs turn on . UPDATE: the seller contacted me to provide a replacement free of charge. I give the product a cautious 3 star now. it still has to proof itself over the next few months. I give the seller a 5 start rating for the prompt reaction and free replacement.
