I absolutely loved this CHI shampoo and conditioner duo! It leaves my hair incredibly soft, shiny, and smelling wonderful. After just a few uses I noticed less frizz and much better hydration.

Love the clean smell. This is a good, thick spray.
Smells great. I use a lot of hair products and I would buy this one again. I usually mix it with a hair oil serum. For me, it sprays thick, so I mix it in my hand and apply more evenly.

It is a great shampoo - too bad the lid leaked. Can you help?
I was really excited about the shampoo/conditione because it is an excellent product; however the conditioner lid leaked. The shampoo is a great shampoo and I can't seem to get it at the stores that I frequent. When I ordered, I expected to get shampoo earlier than I did - now I'm facing tomorrow morning and washing of the hair. Because I'm out, I can't send back, but I'm disappointed in the packing. What am I do to? Th product is fantastic as I've used it before. What a huge disappointment that I will be shorted? Can you help me out as I am desperate. Please help!
