I am three months postpartum and could not live without these cooling pads. I tried many other pads, including instant cooling maxi pads, but these were the best by far! I ended up ordering a second pack a week after I gave birth. They are high quality, comfortable (just the right amount of cooling), and a great value compared to other ones I’ve tried. They last about 30 minutes from being frozen so I felt comfortable using them at night and falling asleep with it on, knowing that it wouldn’t stay cold for an unsafe amount of time. They are easy to clean and reuse, too. They also work great for heat, which I used while I was in labor. If you’re thinking about getting these, just do it! They saved my life big time 🥺

I loved these way more than the Frida ice packs. The Frida ice packs were too bulky and not cold enough. These ice packs were COLD! Of course they don’t last long because of your own body temp but they do a great job of initially numbing/cooling the area! And having two is great to rotate!

I love these. I used them with my first and I bought more for my second baby. They don't feel as weird and bulky as the disposable ones, that feel so full of air. Especially once they aren't cold anymore, it's like there's and air mattress in your underwear. Love that these are reusable, I always used them cold. They don't take long to freeze, by the time I needed a new one the other was cold and I'd just switch them out. They work great. The cold is so nice for the first week or two after birth. Really does ease the pain. Didn't have any issues with their durability but only really need them for a month maybe. Still so worth it.

excellent concept but they just don't stay cold for very long, even when frozen overnight. comfortable to use and does provide relief but for too short a time. but I do recommend.

These stay colder longer and provide a colder relief than the disposable ones. Nice to have the disposable cover to help with clean up. Size is also way more comfortable than the bulky disposable ones, felt like I could actually sit down with these while the other kind felt like a balloon under me.

Vaginal birth MUST HAVE! I’ve had two! This is the most economical and easy way I have found. So easy to clean just put it under warm hot water and soap, dry, and stick in freezer. The instant packs can get really expensive because I use an ice pack with every trip to the bathroom for awhile If you end up in a cesarean, some women like ice packs against their incision for burning pain. Afterwords you could microwave it and it would contour to your neck for muscle pain! Lansinoh is awesome for bottles too- the slope is more ideal for breastfeeding just fyi. great brand thank you!!!

Had hemorrhoidectomy & fissurectomy surgery two days ago. These postpartum pads have provided so much relief for my pain from the swelling & stitches. Even when frozen the gel stays soft and cold for a decent amount of time.
