It resembles a THIN fabric mix of silk and plastic which is maneuverable to display. Even with some rough handling, the leaves/roses stay together. The color has not faded.

Are they UV resistant?

Nothing is UV resistant...even if it says it is. After long exposure with direct sunlight things will fade
