It takes a few days for the fresh stain smell to go away!!! Love this bread box!!!

Love this box. It is super light, which was surprising. But the box itself works beautifully and lends a sense of French country style ambiance to the counter top.

We chose the box for its size (small-ish) and shape (rectangular), not style...not even sure what 'rustic' and 'retro' mean in the context of breadbox "decor". It works well; holds the bread items for which we bought it; fits on our kitchen counter; and is easily accessed by lifting the lid.

This was smaller than I thought it would be. Only will fit one loaf of bread.

Perfect for storing bread, plenty of space, no assembly required and looks great too!

Thought it was made better just made of cheap paper board.

Nice bread box. It does only holds one loaf though, But overall nice and sturdy.
