Leg Cramps Tablets

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product works! It's easy to take, just dissolve two tablets under your tongue, so if I wake up with a cramp in the middle of the night I don't have to fumble around for water to take pills. I've been having severe leg cramps at night and the first time I took this the leg cramps disappeared and I was able to go back to sleep almost immediately.

I have severe leg craps at night and I have tried many vitamins and remedies. This product knocked out my leg craps on the first use and the pain relief has been sustained. I can now sleep so much better without the painful wakings. The tablets dissolve completely and quickly when placed under the tongue. This is a great value for the money when purchased from Amazon; the same product is 40% more when purchased at CVS. I will most certainly continue to use this product.

Excellent Quality and Affordable Solution to leg or foot cramping. I like how it dissolves in the mouth fast and easy. Very convenient for traveling or on the GO! Very effective, cramps go away in a few seconds. Easy to swallow too.I definitely recommend getting!!

Excellent in preventing leg cramps . Usually take two when onset of leg cramps on calves or toes or thigh. Tasteless, easy to swallow since they are small & tend to dissolve rapidly. Usually only have to take two.

I was really skeptical (but desperate) about these as I have blown a lot of money on muscle cramp meds and cure alls. To my surprise however, they work, at least on the debilitating cramps I get after exercising and even the ones that suddenly come on at night. The instructions say to let the tablets melt in your mouth; they have a neutral, not unpleasant flavor. I sometimes take three when the cramping feels like my foot or calf is trying to twist off of my leg; there doesn’t seem to be any ill effects like stomach upset, which I’ve experienced with OTC pain relievers. My cramps are resistant to magnesium spays and self administered massage, so this has been a happy surprise. My only concern is the ingredients, which, as the label warns, aren’t recognized by the FDA or medical groups. A friend who is a medical researcher said he wouldn’t take them, but he doesn’t suffer from crying on the floor in pain leg cramps. I recommend these based on my own experience.

BEST help for leg and foot cramps! I’ve suffered with terrible leg and foot cramps the last 20 years. I’d stretch before bed. Doctor said to drink tonic water with quinine in it. Kept a bottle on my nightstand. The tonic water helps but I take 3-5 of these tablets each night before bed and NO MORE leg cramps! They have no taste and dissolve quickly. I have these on auto delivery. Will never be without them.

I thought this would probably be useless and a waste of money; so many of these items do not live up to the hype; merely a kind of swindle to make money off naive, desperate folks. I was very pleasantly surprised when this actually worked! I woke up in the middle of the night, stretched, and immediately had a painful cramp In my ankle which no position relieved. I had put these in my nightstand and took two, thinking they wouldn't work, but in less than 5 minutes the pain was entirely gone. Sure beats getting up in the middle of the night, walking around in the cold until the pain goes away, like I usually have to do to get any relief! Hooray!
