LANDZIE - Lawn Leveling Rake 36 Inch, Steel Yard Leveler Tool

Like others, I did experience a learning curve as to the most effective way to use this tool. It will flip when pulling backwards if you have the handle angle too steep. While not as much 'fun', the lower you stoop the easier it is to operate. That is the reason the handle is so long. The weight of the rake is enough to move the materials so no added pressure should be needed. I found that the open channel design of the tines to be a plus as they trap pebbles and such which allows you to easily discard them instead of just pushing them around. It seems to be a high quality tool that should last if properly cared for.

I have been watching Ryan's videos for a couple of years now, and finally decided to buy the leveler he sponsors. I don't know if they have redesigned the handle from the negative reviews but this was not a flimsy pot metal handle. It is reinforced and has an internal screw insert for the 2 part handle. It never felt light or insubstantial, it is solidly built. I used it for about 6 hours and spread 5 yards of topsoil to level my front yard without any issues. Also, it does not appear to be just a painted finish, but it feels like it is a powder coated frame, so I don't think I am going to worry about chipping from use. The handle of a cheaper Stainless Steel leveler did break. I think the extra $20 for a product you can watch youtube videos to see in action is well worth it. Sometimes $20 cheaper gets you just that...a cheap product you are going to have to replace after a season, or maybe even after 1/2 of a law project.

Its great! It has some weight to it, so really smooth and levels and co.pacts the soil perfectly... not too little, not too much! I would 100% buy again, and will probably get a second one. The handle could potentially be broken, but only if manufactured improperly or inadequate, or if you are too rough with it. If used correctly, and you take care of your equipment, its perfect!

Works great. I would have given it 5 stars but it was missing the bolt to attach the rake to the handle. Was able to use a bolt I had purchased for another project.

It packs up very small. I might use a couple of times in a year so storage is easy. It delivered today and I used it for first time. I have never used one but I'm happy with how it levels the dirt. It's very sturdy metal. I don't think it could ever be dged by just leveling lawn. Handle is 2 pieces but the middle connection is 2 poles but the top pole slides into bottom then screws together. Seems like a pretty solid joint. Bottom handle pivot bolt is clunkier. I put a washer between handle and base for less scratching of pretty green paint and it's a little challenging. If you don't have enough patience for it then you have bigger issues. Good product and got here 2 days early.

I purchased the LANDZIE 36" Lawn Leveling Rake and was really impressed with how well it worked. It's solid and well-made. I’ve used it for topdressing, prepping soil for a new stone patio, and evening out rough patches across the yard—it handled everything beautifully. It’s definitely saved me a lot of time and effort. I’m really happy I bought it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone serious about lawn care or outdoor projects!

Okay, not a professional at all, with that said, this tool was amazing. I have a 800sqft front yard that I brought in about 10 yards of turn. After shoveling the dirt, I used solely this tool to level out my front yard. Now I have a beautiful front lawn that’s relatively flat. The tool was sturdy and did not bend or have a h issues after 10 yards of top soil. The weight of the tool is spot on and the handle has a nice rubber guard for your hands. It was easy to assemble, just a few bolts and washers.

Rake worked ok... It wanted to go deep into the soft dirt I was leveling. I had some small piles(8 to 12 inches) of powered dirt that I was trying to level over existing grass in a small depression. It did level the dirt after working at it. It worked better after I leveled the pile over the spot first with a garden rake. I still got a smoother finish using the garden rake without as much effort as this leveling rake. Not sure i would buy this style of rake again. Going to add it to my assortment of hand tools.

It's a sweet tool for people that want a next level lawn. Well built nice weight and works grate for leveling the low spots in the lawn. Between this and the 7 blade push reel mower my lawn has never looked better.

Purchased and used it on my yard recently to add and level some top dressing. I added a fairly thick layer (for top dressing as my yard needed it). This rake made the job very easy. I was very impressed. Probably the only minor thing I could possible nitpick for improvement would be the handle mid-level screw could use a lock...but honestly, barely noticed it. You can be confident in buying this product.

I am writing this review after doing 3 Lawn reparation projects, the product is really really good, you will have a very smooth lawn in no time, however the only issue i had is the section that is circled in the picture is not very sturdy, on my last project it got tweaked i had to fix it and make it stronger. Overall amazing product, i love it

Excellent quality unit. No tools needed for assembly or handling. It breaks down quickly and stores compactly on the unit itself, making it perfect for saving space when not in use.
