will this work just like a regular home thermostat,turning on/off cooler only,at set temp ?

Will this work to program to switch on Exhaust fans that i use to remove heat from indoor when temp is on 30 °C and off when us 20 °C

Can this be limited to not exceed a certain temp?

have ordered the fantech exhaust fan for greenhouse will this work to keep it cool, like say 75
