Why do some have a towel loop and some don't? With no clarification in description. The ones without a loop don't fit the same.

Hi Customer, Our 2 in 1 running shorts are being upgraded. Currently only a few colors are available with towel loops. For the new models we have already added a detail image of the towel loops. You can identify the product directly from the product pictures. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Since there are mixed reviews on the Sizing Chart, which size would you recommend for a someone who has a 33" waist and is 170 lbs. Medium?

Yes. Medium. I’m about that size and I wear a medium.

Im 5'8" 29/30 waist 160pds athletic - would small be too small and or would medium be too big?

I'm 6'0, 180 with a 32 inch waist. I have the medium and they fit comfortably without tying the drawstrings. Small would probably fit you just fine.
